Czechs and any others smaller european soldiers are just foot soldiers and just like in Iraq I don't think they have any control. The control structure as well as policies is firmly in american hands. This is a different church in "American" sector and yes guy is pissing iside the church.

Ummm no, the pic you posted, "Crkva Svetog Djordja u Prizrenu skoro unistena", is the Church of St. George Runovic (15th century)in the city of Prizrenu or Prizren. If you look at the map of KFOR zones whereby a different lead country is responsible for each zone, Prizrenu is under the jurisdiction of Italy in zone 3:

And St. Andrew's Church, in Podujevo, is in zone 1 which is Sweden's jurisdiction. The command and control structure for each KFOR zone is clearly in the hands of the lead nation assigned to that zone. Nice try assigning blame to the Americans however ...
The Americans were no more secretely encouraging such acts in as much as Sweden or Italy were not encouraging such acts. The facts of the situation was that KFOR troops were sometimes overwhelmed and forced to withdraw rather than inflict deadly force on civilians. Your fallacial arguments that are Begging the Question are unconvincing.
