It doesn't really matter whether these guys are being serious with their label or not; I would think twice before dealing with anyone who can't write/read/speak english somewhat properly.
For example, imagine a retard like me with bad english skills (and a low level of understanding anything in general ) dealing with a person who possibly has even less skills in language -> the result of the process could be quite... hilarious.

but, translator is in our member.
his Japanese to English or English to Japanese translate skill quite good.
He lived in the United States for many years.

You stole my words, LOL. The guy can barely write English...sounds to me like a scammer. You know how the scammers try to sound all fancy but they end up sounding ridiculously cheesy.

Well yeah, I get your idea but that's not what I meant.
Scammers or not, the point was and is that a "language-barrier" can make things more difficult, since both parties don't understand each other correctly.
But as the guy replied, they have a separate translator for the official stuff.
