This happened in january this year, and the argument has been ongoing ever since. Ever several months of correspondence, they ceased to reply and i havent heard anything from them since around july time. this bank account had been sitting at £-250 pureley because of the carphone warehouses fuckup. They know they've done wrong but they wont do fuckall about it, im just a very small little person in their huge business, who obviously doesn't mean a thing to them. So, after seeing citizens advice and what have you, i am now in the process of getting my money back and claiming for the hassle this has caused me!
