also kewlness what did you mean by i seem to know some music theory? i dont actually, i just a huge fan of trance and have been for years thanks anyway man

thanks man, no i guess i probably get that from the fact i like classical based music big film scores etc. thats where i kinda get inspiration from as well as trance.

Hey Danny! Sorry for the late reply.

I think the track sounds way different to your other one, which I perhaps liked a bit more...

I like the pads during the intro, sounds somewhat mysterious. Though they seem not used again in the track? The track by itself sounds different in key as well - or could be me.

The plucky synth bothered me a bit, got tired of it rapidly The main lead sound doesn't really appeal to me either, I think it needs more wetness (delay/reverb).

Maybe, as Sunquest said, add some more drums to the tune as well to make it fuller.

Could be just not my style mate... I liked your other one better

thanks for the reply wim, i guess it cant be too everyones taste. anyway at this stage its more the mastering and sound of production that i'm more concerned with. i'm hoping thats improved from my last track
