You'll find that none of the sets in this thread fit that criteria.

heres mine:
Sasha's set on the 2nd disc of BT - IMA(not sure if that one counts cuz I dont remember if that was live in front of a crowd or not)
Tiesto @ Energy 2000
That insanely long sven vath set that is floating around forgot when and where it was.

Neither you nor I nor anyone else here will ever hear one. Maybe some Sven Väth set from Clubnight. Probably not.

Personally, I like trance mixed albums and prog livesets better than vice versa.

Danny Howells - Live @ Redlight (8 Aug. 2003)

And if Essential Mixes count:
Danny Howells - 28 July 2002
James Zabiela - 22 Feb. 2004
Paul Oakenfold - @ the Rojam, Shanghai (2000?)

Anyway i'll go for Nu-Nrg's first Orgasmatron liveset, Its the set that really launched them and its one that just gets played over and over again

Good point you made, because the best "sets you like" aren't necessarily the most historic classic moments... Those two above and that Nu-NRG one definitely are!

Keep em coming!!

why be such a party pooper about it tho? Is it too much to just humor the guy and post some stuff that has been recorded that comes close?

hmmm was it PVD @ Rosenmontags Rave 2001 or 2002 that was the really amazing classic one... I remember a set, but I don't remember what year and they are each very different... Ahhh!
