First of all, since when is a C a good mark? Secondly, what kind of school do you go to? How much are your finals typically worth? My finals are often worth 60-80% or more, so you need a good mark on them if you want to do well in the course.

Although, working hard throughout the semester is a good way to do well in school, for sure...

yea, i think it's required to take a few higher up maths at my school for compsci. i could have taken pre calc but everyone said "ohhh i think you'll do just fine in calc, even though you failed the damn placement test!" pfff.. fuck them.. i'll use logic and listen to myself next time

look man, if it makes you feel any better I am not an overachiever by any means.. I just have to work hard in school to be eligible to play basketball for my team , becasue I'm on a scholarship and have to maintain a good GPA.

I have nothing against slackers, if you can pass a class without studying, good for you. but you get used to half assed results your whole life and it bites you in the ass later. I'm not taking university/college , but in life.

One thing people have to learn is to try their bests at everything they do, being school , sports, family relations , it doesn't really matter, if you start something just finish it, especially when some of you pay big money for school, or run in huge debts after they graduate..

I think I sound as a bitch to some of you, but its true, and I hope you realize it some time or another, because life is not only about music parties and girls ..

I dont know , its only my opinion..

haha, glad you noticed , but I cant really blame it on WoW becuase, if it wasnt that, then it would be something else. but in reality I havent played that much, most of the people on my friends list who I used to party with are now 8 lvls above me, I dont play enough it seems like.

I was studying Thursday night in the lounge, and a group of people came up drunk and starting having their own goodtime in the lounge. They were done with theirs from previous days. Made me want to get sloshed.
