I think this case is a little fucked up. Now what did Scott Peterson do wrong.? Not much. Yes he shouldnt have killed his wife but WTF she probably wouldnt leave. She probably wouldnt let him have a divorce being she was pregnat & he was like "WTF now what am I really gonna pay child support then too". Well he had his reasons, his wife was pregnat & fat, he was probably sick of the same old boring snatch, his new girl was an ugly slut but I bet she swallowed. He didnt need the old boring wife & especially a kid from her to screw his life up. So I really think ya he shouldnt of killed her so he was wrong there. But he doesnt deserve to be sentenced to death. I say give 30 days in jail, $1000 fine & 100 hours of community service.
btw, JK. He deserves life. Im against the death penalty. Reason being it costs more to keep a man on death row for 5 years then it is to lock him up for 50 years. And alot of inmates end up being on death row for 30 years & die there. So the system is so wacked it defeats the purpose. Also he wont have the chance to get but raped as in general population for a life sentencing. Also im not a bible buster but God said "Thou Shall Not Kill", & I think that includes governments.
