tiesto presents himself as a producer, many people respect him as a producer and not only as a dj...

Sven Väth has people produce for him as well. Used to be Steffen "B-Zet" Britzke and Ralf Hilenbeutel, nowadays it's the boys in Alter Ego.

Same with a lot of the swiss trance acts, like Tatana and Timeok (produced by Reverb and Andy Prinz).
