You're wrong about that, Livesets are covered under copyright regulations too, Clubs and radio stations that have DJ's all have to pay for a license to allow those DJ's to play thier tunes.
This license covers the club under copyright regulations.
TranceAirWaves for example has to pay an annual license fee to be able to broadcast DJ Sets.
The sets shared on the Tranceaddict download pages all have permission from the DJ's, Producers and copyright owners to be presented on TA.
