Never liked Audioslave, they have nothing on RATM. I agree with whoever said Audioslave are just updated grunge. Their sound is the same distorted, loud and simplistic crap that most grunge is. RATM, despite the rap vocals, were very much a metal group and had punchy riffs and basslines, and some outstanding guitar solos and experimentation from Tom Morello. That's the difference.

Audioslave - Like a Stone... it has some deep lyrics.. My fav Audioslave song. I'm not heavily into them, but Like a Stone is good chillout.

RATM shits it in though!! De La Rocha spittin out crazy raps and Morello doin some scary shit on the guitar.. man, Morello is a musical GOD!!! I love RATM! spewin i never saw them live..

For a electronic music forum I didnt guess that anyone here would even blink twice at this type of music.. go tranceaddict!

more music you listen to and different genres the better .. of course everybody has their favorite one ... but then again i am not telling you to go get a britney spears album that would be sad then
