dude. accept it. you've done nothing wrong. the deck is cheap, and will eventually die. there may be some way to correct it a bit, but that will require a lot of knowledge on it, so you'll have to get someone who's done it before to do it for you, or explain the process to you.
it has nothing to do with ground wires, RCAs, the way you cue (unless you're using rubber matts that make the motor screech, that could fuck it up, but that'd just burn out the motor eventually, not make the pitch fluctuate) so... just accept it that you got shitty stuff and it's going bad. not your fault dude.
