-SB Audigy 2 ZS Audio [DC00]
-ASIO DirectX Full Duplex
-ASIO Multimedia
-Creative ASIO
-SB Audio 2 SZ ASIO 24/96 [DC00]
-SB Audio 2 SZ ASIO [DC00]
-(None)

I have 2.68GHz, 768MB of RAM

Now, I save all and each n every sound from z3ta+.... but how come when it is transform into WAV file... when i re-open it, i cant change the key.... i mean when it at c minor... whenever i pull up n down it is still c minor???

Thanks For Helping me guys! Cheers!!

I really don't think it's possible to run z3ta+ normally in your sequencer cause it's a real cpu monster.

Use the "Creative ASIO" driver. It should give you best performance.

In the lower-right corner of your z3ta window, you should see the master section. Change the setting of "Render" to Draft during writing and playback of your tracks. Then set it back to High when exporting. I find this saves a decent amount of cpu. Only problem is that it makes it more difficult to eq when this setting is lower as you're not hearing the entire frequency range.

Alternatively, you can just render your z3ta tracks to wav, and then load them in your sequencer. Hope this helps.

That's because you've bounced it to audio to free up CPU.

Scared? Then you may want to find a safer hobby such as collecting lint. Just kidding.

Really... If you save your original track and all associated files as Version1 and create a version2 and bounce the track, there's no danger of losing anything.

I think that what they are saying is: arrange the melody/chord progression or whatever you're playing with the zetas. When you're done, just render it to wav. You don't have to change anything then. Just start a new project file, and put the audiofile(s) in there. Easy, piecy. (almost cheesy. )
I only have a 2ghz p4 Fujitsu laptop with 256mb ram, so I have to render ALL my stuff to wav and sequence it from there. As I'm looping most of it I need to have all effects applied after sequencing the loops, so I still have problems with overloaded cpu. I'll have a look into that freeze plugin I saw earlier in the thread!
