Ummmm, don't you guys understand the concept of an afterhours? Boa is not a booze can nor is it a regular club. There are plenty of booze cans that come and go. If you need to drink why don't you hit one of those up.

When you go to an afterhours you usually pay more for everything. I wish the beers on NYE where $5-6 but I'm not complaining about paying $7 as I was appreciating being able to have a beer and hear the best music on the best sound system.

Afterhours?...well as far as I know they serve til 2am & not past that time and how can you say that its NOT a regular club...Its not a "Comfort Zone" per say and shuts down in the wee hours of the morning like the Guv.I think it falls in the Dance Club criteria...

Some clubs just choose to not serve alcohol. It's a formula that is apparently working for boa.

If they don't open til 1, there's not much of a point anyways if they are going to shut the bar down at 2. The investment in a liquor license isn't worth it.

I talked this party up so much in Detroit, just knowing what it was going to be like and it still blew me away!
