Well I'd like to give you some sypmathy, but obviously there's no way that's gonna happen. In all seriousness I truly feel sorry for your boyfriend of 4 years that you cheated on so much, I hope he gets a fucking clue in his future relationships and doesn't let girls like you walk all over him. But I hope you can eventually settle down...or something, I don't know, maybe just get one guy so you don't feel the need to act like a whore and sleep around so much (no offense intended).

I dunno exactly how to respond to the criticism...I know what I did was really wrong, but I still did it. I don't like using people or fucking up their lives though, honestly, and for the longest time I didn't do this shit (though I was always pretty self-destructive in some way).

i can relate to your situation, because i was the same way with my first serious boyfriend who i was with for 5 years. i cheated on him numerous times over those 5 years, except he never knew about any of them except for 1 guy. so i know how it feels to know what you're doing is wrong and fucked up, yet you don't care, and are always looking for something more.
