Have you noticed this rarely (if ever) happens in the Political forum? That would certainly be the wrong forum. I personally have problems with misplaced swear words, such as "huge ass house". It doesn't make any sense whatsoever, but I understand this is a communication code quite popular in North America. I can't understand the opposite difference of meaning between "Ferry Corsten is shit" and "Ferry Corsten is the shit" either, but I can't really judge those who speak that way. If they talk like that to each other, speaking this way strengthens the bond between the members of that linguistic community... or whatever

I do find these "j00 r teh poop3r-pen0r mast0r" posts quite uninteresting myself, but it may have happened according to a certain circunstance (the thread was plain stupid by itself and this is a parody) or because the person does find that funny/entertaining. Due to immaturity? Might be, but everyone's got its own time.
