That fine government institution that tells it's "free" citizens what they can and cannot watch. And god forbid you try and get Direct TV to watch HBO because they will fine you $20,000 or put you in jail for having an "illegal" dish.
Canada joins in the fine ranks of countries such as china, north korea, and cuba when it comes to prosecuting for receiving "illegal" signals. |
