There's a simple way of making yourself understood:

1 - With your right hand, join the index and thumb to make a circle.
2 - Close your left hand, leaving the inder finger only.
3 - Insert your left index in the circle you formed previously.
4 - Make a back and forth movement with your left index finger entering and exiting the circle frequently.

This is understood internationnaly!

I don't think that it really matters where she is from, but it's hard to date someone who doesn't speak your language. I tried dating a Brazilian girl for a bit, but I could never really understand her and stopped dating her, because of that.

i'd like to suggest an alternative method as well...

1. first, point at your desired target so she knows you're talking to her
2. next, take your left hand and make a circular shape
2. now, raise your left hand towards your mouth and move your hand back and forth while
3. simultaneously move your tongue to your right cheek in unison with your abeforementioned hand.
4. finish the manoeuvre by pointing at yourself as the recipient.
