I started using it recently; it's a little difficult to get the hang of and integrate into my regular thought patterns, but I think it'll be worth it in the end. I have a feeling that when I get my PDA it will prove extremely useful.
My IT partner at work swears by it, he keeps almost everything in OneNote. I guess because it integrates so easily with other Office products, it's good in that sense...
For once the Microsoft guys have started to think outside the box and give people a real reason to upgrade. Kudos to them.
