In Brazil some people say "technician" instead of "techno" though And "drum'n'basic" or "drum'n'base"

No, not all US progressive is McProg, and not all McProg is from the US. Where the hell did you get that from? McProg is used to describe the unoriginality and utter crappiness of the music, not where it comes from.
