A lot of tracks that have been mentioned were produced by other artists with Fred only adding something to the track. Credit should be given to the proper artists.
Fred didn't exactly collaborate with Mr. Sam. Fred did all of the work while Mr. Sam took part of the credit. Fred isn't exactly innocent from doing the same thing to other artists so it would appear that the old adage that what comes around goes around is true.
Sometimes it pays to read the fine print and even then it doesn't always tell the whole story. You would be surprised by some tracks that have been released that weren't actually produced by the artist associated.

Especially with Fred's older work (especially under the Mr. Sam alias) you can hear Fred Baker all over it...
And the Active Sight tunes do have a big M.I.K.E.-touch to them, but it's like that in any M.I.K.E.-collaboration, his sounds just always seem to dominate. But you can still hear Fred's influence in the tracks, there are elements, sounds and effects that just aren't Mike...

I think fred writes most of the active sight tunes and mike adds his sounds to them, u can hear melodies more intricate than mike himself makes, but his sounds as you say all over them
