i couldnt sleep last night. im very sick, so last night i took some medcine, but just for the hell of it, i downed hald the bottle. i was fine laying down and watching tv, but as soon i stood up, BOOM, it hit me like a bullet. so i jumped up and down kinda like to mix it around inside, like u shake juice before u open it. i put on some delerium, low volume and watch my head spin. but still, it helped little with my coughing...

You just have to make sure it's not mixed with CPM and it can't have too much psuedoephedrine. If you're lucky you can get pure DXM, but I've yet to find that in the US.
