One or maybe two lights should be good for a couple of plants...you don't want to go crazy because if your electric company sees your bill go way up they may alert the authorities.

They have them at the hydroponics shop around here. Lowe's also sells a 150HPS for 80 or 90 bucks if you're a cheapskate.
