So, I posted my baseline list before.
Bonus items in a club:
Loungey areas to sit when my feet get tired.
People who come around with free drinks/giveaways. I'd go to a bar in SF where they'd always have swag--free Polaroids, free Smirnoff T-Shirts, free shots, free Cuervo Sunglasses, free chapstick, free Jaeger hats, free snow globes with your picture in them...sure, it's cheesy, but it was fun.
Dim lighting is a must.
A balcony area is nice to scope out the scene below.

I like some of the suggestions so far. I agree with not having a strict dress code. If it's really about the music, then come as you are.
I know this may sound obvious, but the club has to be after hours. I'm not talking about half an hour to an hour, but open until the wee hours of the morning.
No restroom attendants please. I am perfectly capable of washing my hands and grabbing a paper towel myself.

No please dont A couple of glowsticks here and there are nice but the ones on strings piss me off especially if someone is using them on the dancefloor.

Here is my final point. About drugs, about alcohol, about pornography and smoking and everything else. What business is it of yours what I do, read, buy, see, say, think, who I fuck, what I take into my body - as long as I do not harm another human being on this planet? - Bill Hicks
Throughout human history, as our species has faced the frightening, terrorizing fact that we do not know who we are, or where we are going in this ocean of chaos, it has been the authorities, the political, the religious, the educational authorities who attempted to comfort us by giving us order, rules, regulations, informing, forming in our minds their view of reality. To think for yourself you must question authority and learn how to put yourself in a state of vulnerable, open-mindedness; chaotic, confused, vulnerability to inform yourself. - Timothy Leary
