Always sad to hear things like this. It's nothing short of a tragedy!

I dont understand how theres such evil people in this world.. who honestly even THINKS of hurting a 7 year old child? Where are these people raised? what goes on in their heads?
What a fucked up place we live in.
Our world is the devils playground. so sad.
