It's beyond me why you'd want ML speech on carte blanche, cant see how it would fit at all... but presuming you own a copy of carte blanche, you can probably download his speach by searching for it on google.

then record the audio of carte blanche from your record / CD onto your comp.

then you can use a program as simple as windows sound recorder to layer it over hte top, or some free DJ software could easily work and give you more control.

OP - as has been stated this is most likely a bootleg.. not the easiest thing to find online. I would suggest doing some searching on google for P2P tips/info, nobody is going to spend hours doing this searching for you.
