But seriously i was sympatico user before...and the bandwidth issue raped me...was paying like 80 dollars amonth...but this was 2 yrs ago...

its about 50 dollars a month im playing with a plan i forget...i got no probs...but when i download alot...they seem to block me for 10 minutes

other then that no issues...make sure u got everything straightened out the first week...cuz waitin on the phone for them is enough to make u want to end ur life

I have Sympatico DSL high-speed and i've never had any problems with it over 1.5 years...

Sympatico I would not touch (nor anything else from Bell). However, there are hundreds of DSL companies in Toronto alone.

And a little note to all you naysayers out there who whine that we don't need U.S. competition in the telecom industry because we can't have better quality AND lower prices: Over the past 3 or 4 years, personal DSL has doubled in speed and halved in price. Toronto is a perfect example of what competition in any telecom sub-industry (i.e. DSL) will do.
