push fluids, not just water but get drinks w/ sugar. Gatorade is great, so is apple juice, lemonade, etc. Exercise is good to up your immune system when you're healthy, but running right now if you feel sick won't do anything to prevent a cold if you've already come down with something. The best you can do is try to flush it out of your system as fast as possible.
