^ Hey if either of them run thats going to be a really big issue. IMO that would be the kicker for Rice. The country is not going to elect a woman who has never been married, especially at her age. Clinton will have the same problems, there are going to be people who say if she can't satisfy the needs of her husband how can she satisfy the needs of a country?

Sad but true that it is not the same way for a man. Plus Clinton > Rice in terms of looks.

I'm sorry, but people are smokin' rat turds if they think the Republicans are going to have an unmarried African American woman as a primary choice for a presidential candidate. I'm sure you all know that I'm neither a racist nor am I prejudice, but that's being completely realistic. To be honest, I'm a bit skeptical that the Dems. could pull off a woman candidate right now as well, despite Hillary's present popularity. I guess time will tell, but I see someone like Ashcroft, Rove, maybe even Frist as the Republican candidate a helluva lot more than an unmarried minority.
