i prefer the headphone method but i'm also learning the monitor method still. it's better to know both skills so that you are better prepared.

The point wasn't that you can't buy good cans for a lot of $$$, because of course you can. But you can also spend a shit ton of that proverbial "Bling Bling" on some real shitty phones.

I think your reading too deep into what I was saying and as a result, we might be saying the same thing.
on a side note, if your saying that I apply the correlation equals causation (thereby allowing reversing causal chains) thing to everything you have been sadly mistaken.
