I know, he didn't feel like shaking your hand after a party once, or he wouldn't take a picture with you. Apparently, someone not wanting to take a picture with a stranger makes them a bad person, and definitely a poor DJ. I get it now.

Well, you're a sarcastic little prick, aren't you...
Stage presence has nothing to do with it...it's the way you treat your peers in the industry and your attitude. FYI, PVD is notorious for being nothing less than professional when he is working.... This has nothing to do with superficial bullshit like autographs and pictures.....

i'm sick of the bullshit about acosta, during the fall i saw him two weeks in a row once in WPB at resort and once at Moscow in FTLD. The guy dropped it at both places people were going crazy, the floor was packed all 4 hours. Then after the set he came down and i went right up to him at resort talked to him asked him questions and he even gave me 2 cd's one of the lost world and one of him live at voodoo lounge. Then at moscow he remembered me and my friends took pictures with us and even told us that he would like to be back at resort because moscow wasn't his thing. Anyways i'm not saying he's the best dj in the world but he has never dissapointed me and i don't know about the whole arrogant attitude thing cuz i didn't experience it....

Bro, the only thing right about your post is that I am sarcastic. First of all, I have a huge head, not little. Secondly, I'm way too cool with people to be a prick and join your gang of assholes: dude, chill out and learn something. Third thing is, stage prescence is SO huge, please refer to correction quote above. My 4th point, please inform all of us how he is arrogant to his peers in the industry, i.e. YOU. Exhibit 5, FYI, is I am aware of Paul's notoriety for acting like he is bored with his fans, respect works both ways in my book. I believe you should have said "nothing MORE than professional." The 6th error in your post, is WAY above your head, I was poking fun at some of my Tiësto™ hater friends, again refer to my correction quote. Finally, my defending evidence that your post was completely shallow-minded: You completely dodged my question, "Explain?" Nice explanation bro. Like I said, chill out man, and quit hating on someone who gets way more gigs than you do. Anyways, John is right... Acosta knows how to drop it. I was at those parties too bro, sick trance, that's all I have too say about that. DrD

GEORGE ACOSTA
(uwm, miami)

Trance, whether you like your trance melodic and uplifting, or hard and fast, trance by any definition is here to stay. From the warehouse parties of the late 80’s to car commercials in 2001, trance has become part of the new millennium, part of our lifestyle. And all because of DJs like George Acosta. George proves every time he puts a needle on a record that "trance”, whatever the label, has changed, evolved, become a lifestyle, a culture… as well it should. With over 15 years of experience as a DJ and producer, George has helped change and evolve trance from an underground movement to massive festival experiences throughout the world. “George Acosta is probably America’s most unique DJ and has undoubtedly been a major force in shaping the sound of trance in Miami and beyond” says fellow DJ Dave Ralph. George Acosta is America’s representative in the global Trance scene.

"Jorge" Acosta is a washed up, played out DJ that shouldnt even get a gig outside of Miami. Plain and Simple. Who actually pays to go see him these days? Idiots!!
