Succesfully my last time seeing Tiesto in a NYC club. I will go to Central Park and a TIC type event...but as far as these clubs - no chance.
The only difference between last night and 2001 at Exit is the venue and tracks played. Same shit crowd and same packed house.
Maybe i am too old but i doubt it...i think it has to do with the fact that Tiesto has attracted so many goons/juiceheads/conformists/bridge&tunnel types that simply go see Tiesto because he is plasterd all over KTU.
If i wanted to see a bunch of guidos all sweaty i would go to Gold's Gym...if i wanted to see a bunch of DJ hopping whores i would use my time machine and go back to Factory and if i wanted to stand next to a bunch of dirty strangers i would take the 4 train during peak hours.
I am done with Tiesto shows...plain and simple....i will leave him for the wagon hoppers...i cant stand people like last night that follow trends...i mean every fuckface had the same haircut, same cologne, same played out Abercrombie shirts and same bitchass look on their faces...friggen gets me mad.
Nothing in NYC tops his show at The World in October 2001....anyone who went and remembers that tracklist will tell ya...all bangers with awesome encores...and the crowd was cool...
Ugh NYC clubs disgust me now...bring back 1993 to 1999 NYC...those were the friggen days.!!! |
i gave up on the man after his last gig at roxy. he is officially puffy of edm. just milking it out to the fucking max... haha
