i fixed it

tech support helped
stupidest thing ever

problem was im not supposed to put anything (for example: Sympatico) in the company name field in the router homepage, i gotta leave it blank

so heres a tip for future dlink users
"leave the company name blank in the router homepage if ur using sympatico"
