That just seems like a lot of damn work to mix 2 songs together.

I guess some DJ's just have it, the other don't.

If you have any sort of music talent its not work it actually makes things much easier. Programming is much faster and it opens a lot of opportunity for mixes you would have probably never thought about. You won't catch very many pros mixing out of key.
