I don't have too much sympathy for him. Sure, it sucks, but it's his own damn fault for not realizing how he'd get from San Jose to San Fran before he hit the submit button. Sure, Orbitz should've fixed it for him, but he's forgetting to blame himself for his own idiocy that sent him on the whole rant.  |
usually a flight would be to san jose, then switch to a plane that goes to san francisco. at least thats what i believe he thought his flight was or at least thats what orbitz had put down. i dunno how they pull it off because all the complaints seem to be that at the last minute orbitz changes everything.
i guess next time you buy online do a page print out of what exactly you bought.
