I have no strong feelings one way or another on the issue, but I can see why some might be bothered by the thought of people making profit off a charitable organization. First Sale rule makes it legal, but it's kind of shady because, assuming that their buyer would have bought a bracelet anyway, the seller is taking money that would have otherwise gone to charity.
Unless they're donating $5 or more of the profits they make to charity, in which case I can't see any reason for anyone to complain.
