I recall reading / hearing somewhere that the LCBO was mainly carrying VBase as a "summer" cooler beverage, so perhaps that might explain its hiatus and perhaps it may return come May-June.
The non-alcoholic version still appears to be around anyway, at least if the Company's website is still current:

they havent been carrying it for well over a year and a half now i miss it too....could chug those things down and then feel oozy 20 minutes later with tons of energy
EDIT: why dont we start a petition and get it back here??? according to the website, the distributors are in MTL....not far away...

im willing to bet its still available but the LCBO doesnt have it. Basically since the LCBO is the only place in Ontario that can sell booze, if they decide to delete it from the store then you are SOL.
I think this could be used as a very good case as to why we should allow private booze sales.

Vbase was a joint venture with Labatt Canada and they decided not to go ahead with Vbase this year.
You can always add Vodka to a regular BASE, you will get the same results. You can find BASE @ 7 Eleven’s.
