sony is def not doing as well as Microsoft overall (beyond gaming) but it seems that they can certainly support an effort to avoid an undercut in one of their main products.

plus...WHY NOW? ps has been around for about 10 years and most of that with DS, why would they only be getting busted now? it really makes no sense|
