better on the low end than peter's stuff typically is, but yes, it does sound weak. i can hear it standing out, needs to eat more red meat it does 
breakdown to me came on a tad early, maybe soften up the track for a phrase or half a phrase leading up to it, but that's a matter of taste.
breakdown at 4:30 sounds out of phase a bit, timing might be off a tad, not sure if you intended that or not, the synths and bass.
first beat buildup sounds a bit strong for a tease.
love the track out of the break! not bad percs, might want a rolling bass at this point to compliment the hihats.
6:18, nice change up! 6:29, niiice. 7:34, tweak just slightly.
overall, like the atmosphere, the energy, of course the melody (pete  !). little work will sound great!!!
