putting aside the fight, the ref in that game was deffinately playing for villa. he gave every single nudge or push villa's way, vasell got two soft pens, one even was outside the box, the dent in the ground even proved it was outside the box, newcastle were whistled against for absolutely everything, and even when villa sent newcastle players flying in their box off the ball the whistle wasnt even blown.

i think the ref was more shocking than the fight.

Simcut, as a Newcastle fan, who would you class as the better player, Bowyer or Dyer?

I think they have both vastly improved in the last few matches, particularly Dyer, I hated Dyer a lot too but his recent performances have been very good... I think they are pretty 50/50 but Bowyer is a dirty bastard...

Bowyer is a dirt bag! He's got a history of doing stuff like this, he's been sent off ten times more than the average player and was arrested for GBH some time ago. £200,000 fine is far from enough he should have been sacked.

Newcastle are in a no win situation here they either keep them or loose them for nothing.

If one of us did this at work we would be sacked straight away and then our hopes of getting another well paid job in the same proffesion would be very slim. Not very good to have on your cv but football managers seem to think they can turn fools like this around. Madness!
