As far as I know, the PS3 is being released on the same day as the XBOX2. If you look at it this way, Sony has slated its follow-up console for a '06 release.
Also, go look at some gaming sites/mags and then get back to me on whether or not XBOX has good games coming out.

Great game, it was. I'm still wondering why you end up with a bunch of unused cash at the end of the game.
Also, Rare is APPARENTLY working on a sequel. Here's hoping. Conker's sure come a long way since Diddy Kong Racing.

i know the one to be realesed soon is a remake of the old one + some wicked multiplayer stuff, which is uber sweet cause the multiplayer was loads of fun

I just picked up Splinter Cell pandora tomorrow yesterday and i am having a blast. game is of the hooks. you might want to revisit some of the older titles.

I'll just say this, I got 34 games for my PS2...all of which I enjoy quite a bit and have played through to completion. I don't have an Xbox, but I play it at my friends quite a bit (Halo).
If I were to get an Xbox there are only about a handful or maybe two handfuls of games that I would consider purchasing for it. To be honest, I'm quite surprised that the Xbox has survived on the market as long as it has. I only gave it about a year and a half after launch initially. I don't care that XBox has better graphics than PS2, the PS2 has better gameplay hands down. Plus my Gamecube has impressed me with Resident Evil 4 graphics wise, so that pretty much voids any reason in why I would want an Xbox.
Sure Halo is great, but it's on PC as well, the same story goes for Splinter Cell and almost all of Xbox's "great" games.
Its funny how when ever a game comes out for multiple platforms the xbox versions are always rated higher then the ps2 versions... I wonder why that is?? Well I guess gameplay has nothing to do with that

Most game sites reward games for their graphics, and since the Xbox version always has slightly better graphics than the PS2 and Gamecube versions, it will always get a slightly higher score.
