only nights ive been going to consistently on sats are embassy saturdays...upstairs is the tribal room and downstairs is hip hop...avalon next store is cheesy (on saturdays) for music but a much bigger room.
Avalon is 20 dollars regular admission at the door...15 on guestlist...u can order them online at nextticketing.com or u can just do the easy thing and get ur ticket at avalon at the door.

hey thanks for the advice.
my friends and i ended up just going to the bars... they didn't want to pay $15 for cover, esp since we each wasted $8 to go to the piano bar two doors down, where there were awful musicians ruining great tunes and the only other people in the bar were several bachelorette parties. oy vey.
