I know, the only safe havens are in Miami and LA. Neither of which even come close to European clubs.

actually - i don't think that miami's scene is doing all that well.

imo i think that chicago, la and san fran are doing better than miami.

stop complaining and do something about it.. help the scene, try to organize small events, promote good parties without thinking of the money, spread good music to ppl who are open minded etc etc etc... nothing will happen if all your doing is 'waiting' for shit to get better. if it affects you that much, move to a more advanced clubbing country, if not try to make small changes in your area. any positive movement big or small all contribute to the scene as a whole.
