His GU's pwned cept 22 was a bore at times....tho 16 and 12 were ownage and so was his renaissance - singapore. His BiR remixes with Steve Anderson were really good, dollshead - it's over, it's under is a classic banger. His recent stuff is boring as feck sadly but he is a smart person and smart deejay, shame he went totally prog breaks.

Dave Seaman is good. I havent listened to him that much lately but his GU compilations are amazing. Teaming up with Chable was an awesome idea because chable has that unique sound.

Also as a note, i enjoyed Dave Seaman presents Group Therapy. The Group therapy dub of their single "my own worst enemy" sounds awesome and it certainly different from what i am used to hearing from Dave Seaman.

huh? Dave Seaman hardly plays ANY breaks.

He is definately one of the better DJs out there on the circuit right now. His older style was much better IMO but hes still class.

However, i seriously do think his latest therapy sessions disc sucks balls. its a shame..

Seaman isn't underrated or unloved here. People who were around when he played trance still have tons and tons of respect for the guy (like I do). It's just that he's moved away from trance with such determination in he past few years, like he wants people to forget he ever played it, so no one has much reason to talk about him. His GUs are all part of the progressive trance canon, only matched by Sasha and Nick Warren, except for Melbourne which was his declaration of intent to play boring progressive house.

My Own Worst Enemy was a light in the dark, and I hope he produces and spins more in that direction. He was always suited to the epic Renaissance style.
