i just cook my own food...

Its alot healthier then buying the crap u get from restaurants and lunch joints

Not that hard to learn dudes, after couple weeks ull be getting the hang of it. I can cook up a storm now days, roasts, steaks, salads, potatos, rice, stirfries, pasta, sausages... everything very tasty , and i can pull out good healthy meals in matter of 15 mins.

trust me, if u got some time on ur hands, cookin is the best choice... Saves u some money, some calories, and its a killer with the ladies (no joke).

How do u cook protien in 15minutes every morning? Do u have magic protien??? Do the cooking guides cease to exist in your kitchen?

Open up a can of Tuna

sersiously now, the protein craze is highly exagerated...are you trying to become a body builder? if the answer is no, then you don't need to worry about protein. Unless you're on the Atkins diet in which case it's the complete opposite of the mediterranean diet

food in serbia (which is basically in the meditaranean) is the best. and most healthiest. over there everything is still made on the farm and then farmers bring it the city themselves to sell it.
altho now that its been bombed with alot of uranium and other shit (thx americans), i dont kno how healthy it can be
still good
and greek food is amazing too. mmmm gyros

haha, serbian food is the best. But I don't know how healty of a diet it is. Most of the food is really high in carbs and fat saturation. What makes it healhy, is as you said, it's fresh and homegrown. For the last two summers they've had it pretty bad there though, bad weather, lots of ruined crops, and craters and mines everywhere.

True. A mediterranean diet is a good guide to follow, but it's all relative. Unfortunately, most foods bought at restaurants and fast food joints, regardless that it's a salad from Mr. Greek are still pretty shitty for you. Cooking your own is a much better and healthier alternative.

And b4 u go saying I should make it at home...firstly I like fresh day made food and second...have u ever smelled the place after you cook fish or any other protien in the morning...try coming back home from work to that smell which lingers even tho you got good ventiallation.
Ahem...no thank you

Well you can't have your cake and eat it too... eating well is often a tradeoff of money and time for health. Healthy food takes longer to prepare and often costs more, but such is life. Besides you don't need to cook fish for lunch, you can make a simple lunch that is healthy with not much effort in the morning. If you want to throw in meat/fish cook it the night before and put it in the refridgerator.
