just to add, you can in a way pay for livesets, I have done many times if you look at it that way, buying tape packs from raves, the money goes back to the company who pays the DJ to play so that's where it gets recouped, but it is the same thing in a way, just not in mp3 format

Of course I pay for livesets of a good DJ, but only if I'm there while they're being mixed.
