yea actually i had a glass of it only once and i was like, "ooh this is good", but i really don't think i could totally replace milk with it. i love milk. skim milk or 1% w/ ice is the best!

love soy milk too (can't drink real milk anyway...) but i don't like the stuff you get in chinese markets etc... tastes weird. hafta say i like the commercial stuff more.

only prob. with soymilk all the time is it is a source of plant estrogen (isoflavones)... so guys, unless you want your nuts to retract... better chill out with the soy! hehe (actually it takes a damn lot of isoflavones and it doesn't really have THAT much effect even in the long term, but hey, had ta inform.)
