So far Tiesto's biggest support is coming from the 0-2 range. Not saying much since it's only 3 votes, but again I think the Tiesto crowd is staying away from this one for a reason.

Jeez, how long have people here been listening to trance for ?
I've only been listening to trance for bout ... lets see now .. 3 yrs, not too long ago but yeah, i don't like too much of the new stuff, in fact i love all the old stuff so much i can't get over how bad and commerialized some of the current 'Djs' are :P
I never really liked Tiesto too much, haven't listened to too much of his stuff, but i respect the guy .. i mean props to him for playing at the olympics, i would've rather had someone i liked play but good on him . Personally i'm in love with Hybrid, not everyone knows who they are so yeah, i guess my fav. famous one would have to be Mr. BT
I mean movement in still life is uneblievable ...
I mean how many Cd's can you honestly enjoy all of it ?
If any of you can get your hands on Hybrid's CD Wider Angle (the bonus disc) i'd recommend you have a listen, it has some unbelievable production, tight mixing and rad scratching

Tiesto: 6-8 years

Sasha was one of the djs that got me into trance, since he came 2 my area more than tiesto at the time. I always thought his tunes were a bit boring, but I always liked the kick and basslines. Around 98 I really got into trance, as far as the ferry, avb, tiesto sound of that time.

erm ...
Hate to break it to you son but the world of faeries and unicorns doesn't exist, Tiesto is a Dj because he can make money while doing something which he enjoys, it is allllll about making money.
If it isn't about making money why would he charge such high prices to book him ?
Cause he's a high profile Dj, thats why, to get a hold of him you have to not only have the right connections but you probably have to put your house up for auction too ...
The reality is he enjoys what he does, but as far as money goes, he wants to make more ... thats what human nature is ...
jeez mate, no kidding natural selection should've taken care of you a good 15 years ago
