Even if she has done contributions to 2 trancers ('Saltwater' & 'Antillas feat. Clannad - I Will Find You') by rerecording the vocals for them and being sampled in 1 ('Pulp Victim - The World' contains a Gaelic verse from Maire Brennan's song 'Oró' from her album 'Máire') i wouldn't consider her as a trance vocalist. I think you would need to contribute to more than 1-2 songs to actually become one. As i have said in a thread a while back, Moya 'Maire' Brennan (real name Máire Ní Bhraonáin) isn't really a trance vocalist but rather just a lead singer of an Irish traditional/new age/contemporary band called Clannad and is also known as a sister of Enya (Eithne Ní Bhraonáin) who was a member of the band in its early days.
But does it really matter whether she is a trance vocalist or not? Again this seems to be an issue similar to the "necessary" categorization of music. Why does everything and everyone NEED to be something?
Anyways, the additional vocals for Saltwater were recorded and sung by Maire during the rerecording sessions of Harry's Game's vocals.

Hello GrimReaper.
Obviously conflicting standards are going to persuade individuals differently on this matter. Nevertheless, it lends room for Maire to be included in "trance vocalist" lists, unlike Sarah McLachlan and Leigh Nash, for example. This is my point.

It's in Gaelic, sort of an Irish native language or something. Someone who knows, please explain better. Enya, Maire Brennan's sister uses the same language in her songs.
