Seriously, it would only be to go through a proxy, so easy if you want to do it (at least as i understood it they wont actually sniff trough all the packages, but rather look at where it is comming from?)
and its not really about the money, its about that nothing should be censoured.

the thing is not that swedes should not try, the thing is that you should not censur the internet! im all for punnishing people abusing children. But first of all, YOU SHOULD NOT CENSOUR THE INTERNET (or anything for that matter), second, there are other ways to prevent child abuses, and traditional swedish law is that you should not punnish those who "consume" illegal stuff, but rather those who provide it. So what the police should focus on is really stopping people from abusing children, not stopping people from watching child porn. But that is really besides the argument, point is still, you should not censour! 
and just for the sake of argueing, its not necisarily wrong with child porn, what is wrong is abusing children. but since it is impossible to make child porn without children that kinda make childporn hard to excist without making anything wrong. but for example, would computer animated child porn be wrong? should that be censoured too?

and just for your information, i find child porn discusting, but as tranceaholic pointed out, some people do enjoy it and its not really their fault!
