I have to add Transa to the list of great remixers we have here.. They have made some really great remixes, like BT's Mercury & Solace, a Vengaboys (!) track and my favorite mix by them, The Nightfly by Blank & Jones...

I don't really know if Arome is actually dj Scot Project. I think it's not, cuz arome - scream is a dj Scot Project remix (according to those napster files)

i am suprised that no one chose Armin ... how can anyone forget yahel's devotion , moogwai's viola and gouryella's walhalla 's remixes by armin.

by the way i think the remix of System F + Armin's Exhale by armin in his latest album (basic instinct) also is pretty good.

i also think ferry corsten,katcha,tiesto are excellent with remixing.

My fave remix of a tune just has to be Mad dogz - Better Make Room (James Holden Remix), that dude is god when it comes to remixing. Close second is the Rank 1 remix of superstring (by cygnus x), that tune just has soooooo many good memories...

Way Out West - Never heard a bad remix of theirs.
Timo Mass - Not always, but mostly.

Overrated trance remixers:
Tiesto - Please don't kill me! Ok not bad at all, just a little overrated. He does great things, but a lot of his stuff is starting to bore me.
Rank 1 - Can come a little too cheesy sometimes for my taste.

I agree that Dj Tiesto and Airscape (exept 'the vengaboys kiss' remix) are bad remixers.. but Rank 1 rule! have you heard 'Baby D - Let Me be Your Fantasy' or 'System F - Cry' remixes?
